Phil Higham

Director and co-founder of RealWorth, Phil brings extensive experience in balancing the practical and commercial requirements of real estate development with the broader social opportunities and benefits that can come from responsible development.

Recent roles include advising on a large urban extension, overseeing work to optimise the impact of a European-wide hotel operator and heading a cross-discipline team to produce a responsible business code of practice for the RICS. 

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Phil has worked in Canada, China, Hong Kong, Pakistan and Qatar. He has also been a trustee for a prominent UK charity.
