About this speaker
As Head of Partnerships and Programmes at Governors for Schools, Emma leads initiatives that deliver social value through school governance. She works with partners across sectors to engage employers and volunteers in supporting schools across England and Wales. Emma leads the charity’s STEM Governor Programme, working with AtkinsRéalis, addressing skills shortages by strengthening links between education and industry, and also spearheads the Sustainability Governor Network, supported by Deloitte. A school governor herself, Emma is passionate about increasing diversity on boards and enabling organisations to achieve measurable community impact while developing the leadership skills of their people.
