Caron Dunlop is the Regional Head of Social Value at Mott MacDonald and she have overall responsibility for driving a strategic approach that delivers inclusive, impactful social value outcomes for our projects, people, clients and the communities where we work. 

With over 15 years’ experience delivering social value and community engagement strategies in the built environment Caron has extensive knowledge of creating, implementing, and successfully managing social value programmes. Caron understands the power of collaboration and connected thinking and incorporating supply chain, clients, and wider community stakeholders to unlock social value change lives and deliver a lasting socio-economic impact.
